My grandmother often said, "Good things come to those who wait." Well we have definitely waited, but the pool opening is certainly a "good thing".
Many of our residents assembled at the pool at 2:00 pm, and while most watched proceedings from the sidelines ...
... a few couldn't resist trying out the water.
Our staff prepared and served food and drinks and even dressed for the occasion ...
Finally, Heather and Ray declared the pool officially open ...
